The schools in the Federation offer a range of conference facilities that can be hired throughout the year during normal school times, evenings and weekends.
Each of the venues offers:
- Air conditioned, comfortable surroundings
- Alternative seating arrangements to the hirers
- Specification to accommodate for up to 60 delegates
- Interactive whiteboard and overhead projection facilities
- Sound system
- Flip charts and pens
- Car parking and Catering facilities
The facilities are offered for hire on the basis that each room will provide space for up to 30 delegates. At The Stanway and Alderman Blaxill School's more than one space is available as a suite of rooms thus increasing conference capacity to 60 delegates, with the possibility of providing additional 'break-out' spaces, should they be required.
Each Conference room is hired at the rate of £18.00 per hour. Smaller 'break-out' areas will be charged subject to negotiation at the time of booking.
Each of the Federation sites is able to offer a range of catering facilities from light refreshments such as tea and coffee, biscuits, cakes and sandwiches for between £1.50 and £ 4.00 per head to more substantial buffet meals for between £5.50 and £7.50 per head. If you decide you would like to arrange food the Catering Manager will happy to discuss your specific requirements.
Each of the venues has adequate parking for delegates.
In the first instance bookings should be made via Reception, they will provide the appropriate booking forms and help answer any questions you may have.
Cancellation charges will apply inclusive of room hire, catering and any other costs:
